Ky. by their commissioner, James Robertson, 205 acres, it being a part of a track of 7187 acres that was patented to John Hoomes. This deed was lodged in County Clerk's office June 13, 1840 and recorded December 4, 1840. Deed Book E - page 164: September 20, 1841 - William & Margaret Reynolds, his wife, of Anderson Co. Ky., deed to Joseph Abbott and Hubbard Abbott of same county & state their part of an undivided tract of land on Gilbert's Creek & contains 222 acres that had belonged to William Abbott, deceased, for $90, it being their part as heirs of William Abbott, deceased.
