Deed Book E - page 19: April 15, 1840 - 

The heirs of John Hoomes, deceased, deed to William Reynolds of Anderson Co. 
Ky. by their commissioner,

James Robertson, 205 acres, it being a part of a track of 7187 acres that was 
patented to John Hoomes. This deed was lodged in County Clerk's office June 
13, 1840 and recorded December 4, 1840.

Deed Book E - page 164: September 20, 1841 - William & Margaret Reynolds, 
his wife, of Anderson Co. Ky., deed to Joseph Abbott and Hubbard Abbott of 
same county & state their part of an undivided tract of land on Gilbert's 
Creek & contains 222 acres that had belonged to William Abbott, deceased, 
for $90, it being their part as heirs of William Abbott, deceased.

Deed Book F - page 160: May 1, 1845 - Daniel T. Craig of Anderson Co. Ky. 
sells to William Reynolds of same county & state, a 10 acre tract of land
on Gilbert's Creek in Anderson Co. Ky., for $75.

Deed Book F - page 165: Sept. 18, 1845 - Lindsey Craig & Mary, his wife, of
Anderson Co. Ky., deed to William Reynolds of same county & state, a 10 acre 
tract, being Lot No. 4 and part of the lands of William Craig, deceased, 
which was willed to him (William Craig, dec.) by John Craig, deceased, on 
Gilbert's Creek for $ 75. Signed, Lindsey (X) Craig and Mary (X) Craig.

Deed Book F - page 451: Sept. 6 1847 - Wesley Craig by Henry (X) Huffman, 
his attorney sells to William Reynolds for $94.50, a 10 acre tract, being 
Lot No. 6 and conveyed by William Craig’s heirs to Wesley Craig. 
Signed Wesley Craig by Henry (X) Huffman his attorney. Recorded October 28, 
1847. Land on Gilbert's Creek in Anderson Co. Ky.

Deed Book G - page 167: Jan. 10, 1848 - William Reynolds of Anderson Co. Ky. 
sells to Benjamin Barton of Anderson Co. Ky., a 31 acre tract of land in 
Anderson Co. Ky., on Gilbert's Creek, for $320.

Deed Book G - page 304: Oct. 2, 1849 - Elizabeth & Rebecca Robinson of 
Anderson Co. Ky., deed to William Reynolds of same county & state, 
their 2/3 part in a 135 acre tract of land on Gilbert's Creek, that had 
belonged to their father, James Robertson, deceased. The price of this land 
was $1000 and it corners the land of Allen McAlister.

Deed Book G - page 362: Feb. 15, 1850 - Robert & Nancy Montgomery, his wife, 
of Anderson Co. Ky., deed to William Reynolds of Anderson Co. Ky., 
a 1/9 part of a tract of land on Gilbert's Creek in Anderson Co. Ky., where 
William Robinson lived at the time of his death. Price $90.

Deed Book G - page 465: February 11, 1850 - James Smith on Anderson Co. Ky., 
deeds to William Reynolds of Anderson Co., a small parcel of land on 
Gilbert's Creek in Anderson Co. Ky., for $1 and contains 1 acre, one rod 
& 4 poles. Signed, James Smith. Recorded May 20, 1850

Deed Book G - page 498: Sarah Robinson, widow of David Robinson, dec., of 
Mercer Co. Ky., for $1 deeds to William Reynolds of Anderson Co. Ky., a 
part of the farm on which James Robinson lived and died on Gilbert's Creek 
in Anderson Co. Ky., and this same land sold by David Robinson in his 
lifetime to William Reynolds. Signed Sarah Robinson

Deed Book G - page 529: April 12, 1851 - John Short & Elizabeth, his wife, 
late Robinson, deed to Otha Reynolds for $75 all their undivided interest 
in a tract of 200 acres on Gilbert's Creek and in where William Robinson 
lived at this death. It is bounded by the lands of William Reynolds,
Allen N.McAllister, Edward Gill, John Southerland and Marion Hawkins.

Deed Book H - page 14: May 2, 1851 - Samuel B. Howard executor of the last 
will of David Robinson, deceased, Sarah Robinson late widow of said deceased, 
John C.Robinson, Rachael Robinson, Jane Eliza Robinson, Howard Robinson, 
Seneca Wade Robinson by their guardian, William S. Hickman deed to William 
Reynolds of Anderson Co. Ky., for $385.35 a tract of land lying on Gilbert's 
Creek and being possessed by James Robinson at the time of his death and the 
same on which his widow resided at the time of her death, same was sold by 
David Robinson in his lifetime to William Reynolds. Bounded by William 
Reynolds, Allen N. McAlister and the widow McCall.

Deed Book H - page 190: For $835 paid by William Reynolds to James McCall of 
Anderson Co. Ky., for a tract of land on Gilbert's Creek and bound by 
McAlister and said creek and contains 29 acres and 7 poles.

Deed Book H - page 191: For $346.50 paid by John McCall to William & Margaret 
Reynolds all of Anderson Co. Ky., a tract of land lying on Gilbert's Creek, 
contains 19 acres & 1 rod. In boundary there was one acre not included from 
James Robinson to John McBride. Signed William & Margaret Reynolds.

Deed Book H - page 230: January 10, 1853 - For $100 paid by William Reynolds 
of Anderson Co. Ky., to James McCall of Anderson Co. Ky., for as 5 acre tract 
of land on Gilbert's Creek. Signed James McCall

Deed Book H - page 232: January 12, 1853 - For $110 paid by Otha Reynolds, 
I Robert Robertson sell all my undivided right in 200 acres of land on 
Gilbert's Creek, land on which William Robertson resided at his death and 
bounded by lands of William Reynolds, Allen N. McAlister, Edward Gill, John 
Southerland, Medley S. Bond and Andrew Hawkins, being 1/9 part of a whole 
undivided tract of land arising by sale at the death of said William 
Robertson's widow, as his will directs.

Deed Book H – page 233: January 12, 1853 – For $110 paid by Otha Reynolds, 
I George Robertson sell all my undivided right in 200 acres of land on 
Gilbert’s Creek in Anderson Co. Ky., land on which William Robertson resided 
at his death and bounded by the lands of William Reynolds, Allen N. McAlister, 
Edward Gill, John Southerland, Medley S. Bond and Andrew Hawkins, 
being 1/9 part of whole undivided tract of land arising by sale at the death 
of said William Robertson’s widow, as his will directs.

Deed Book I - page 37: June 12, 1854 - William Reynolds as the administrator
of William Robertson, deceased, with the said William's Robertson's will 
annexed deed to James R. Reynolds of Anderson Co. Ky., a 202 tract of land 
on Kentucky River and bounded by the lands of Ann Padgeris, Allen McAlister, 
Edward Gill, Jackson Hawkins, Joseph Husband and A. Hawkins.

annexed.

Deed Book I - page 38: June 12, 1854 - James R. Reynolds & Sarah E. Reynolds, 
his wife, of Anderson Co. Ky., sells to James & William Robertson a tract of
land on Kentucky River and Clay Lick Branch for $1000 and contains 100 acres 
& 3 rods. Signed James R. Reynolds and Sarah E. Reynolds
