March 30, 1903 Paducah, Ky., March 24. -- The boiler at John McCauley's saw mill, six miles from Wickliffe, exploded today. J. S. Bird, engineer, who was on top of the boiler; Arthur Starnes and Warren May, employeeds, were killed, and John McCauley and George Marshall were badly hurt.
