Bible belonged to John Crenshaw Slemmons and was later in the possession of Mrs.
R. I. Taylor of Edmonton Road, Glasgow, KY.

John Crenshaw Slemmons and Nancy Beard was married April
18th 1843.
William Washington Slemmons and Susan E. Glass was married
October 18th 1864.
William J. Shirley and Margaret E. Slemmons was married
May 15th 1875.
James Watson Taylor and Mary Susan Slemmons was married
March 26th 1868.
John Crenshaw and Nancy Beards children:

Our first child William Washington Slemmons was born
January 28th 1845.
Our second child Margaret Elizabth Slemmons was born January
9th 1848.
Our third child Mary Susan Slemmons was born January 24th
1851.

John Crenshaw was born March 17th 1819.
Nancy Slemmons was born July 13th 1825 (nee Beard).
Lucy Ann Beard was born February 14th 1836 (sister of Nancy)
William Beard was born February 6th 1837 (Nancy's brother).
Elaxender Beard was born June 8th 1839 (Nancy's brother).

Children of James Watson Taylor and Mary Susan Slemmons:
John Sidney Taylor was born March 1st 1869; married Betty
Harlow. First wife was a Barlow.
Mary Elizabeth Taylor was born May 31st 1870; married
Thomas McClellan.
William Isaac Taylor was born December 29th 1871.
Lela Jane Taylor was born February 19th 1874; married
Stephen Glass.
Cleavie Tipton Taylor was born March 7th 1876; died young.
Correan Taylor was born August 17th 1877; married
Rufus Isaac Taylor
Evie Lee Taylor was born October 25th 1879.
Vance Gist Taylor was born October 23rd 1881.
Lenora Ethel Taylor was born October 31st 1886.
Maud Taylor was born September 30th 1888.
Beatrice Earl Taylor was born July 27th 1890.
Ada Pearl Taylor was born March 24th 1894.

Zoah Taylor (adopted) boy was born September 1908.

Woman Eliza born Sept. 1838.
Her first child martha Francis was born January 24th 1859.
Her second child Mariah Catherine was born August 2nd, 1860
Her third child James Preston was born April 8th 1862.
Her fourth child William Right was born May 3rd, 1863.
Her fifth child was born Janury 26th 1867 her name was
Amanda Elizabeth.
Her sisth child Leathy Jane was born July 16th 1868.
Cageniel Alexander Huffman seventh child was born July 2nd
1869.
Hulet Huffman and Eliza was married December 26th 1853.
