Duvall in 1886 on 5 Nov - Mrs Mary Belle Edmunds - reclaimed 1887 - Mrs Georgie Foster by confession 2 Oct - Miss L P Read by letter The book ends with a sample letter of dismission which was issued when requested by a member: "Form of church letter "This is to Certify that our Sister or Bro is a member in good Standing & full fellow-ship with us & having made application for a Letter of withdrawal from us, We do most Cordially Commend her to Christian Brotherhood as a worthy Member. Done by order of the Church at Beech Grove first Sunday in (fill in date). s/s Chas H. Edmunds, Clk." It pre-dates a later Beech Grove. The church was in the Beckton-Rocky Hill area.In Nov of 1864 the following were elected Elders: C P EDMUNDS, C M WHEELER, N H HOLMAN, S S DUVAL, James DUVAL. C H EDMUNDS was elected Clerk. On 3 Jan 1869 W P EDMUNDS replaced C H EDMUNDS.
