Dripping Springs Baptist Church Copyright Date 1798-1800 Metcalfe-Barren County KyArchives Church Record Dripping Springs Baptist Church was constituted 3 Feb 1798 while it was yet part of Barren Co - now Metcalfe Co. It was originally located about midway between Glasgow and Edmonton. It was first known as the Sinks of Beaver Creek Baptist Church until Sept of that year.
