Appears that there was no March 1816 session. 

Court met 19 Feb 1816 with Wm T BUSH, Joshua CRUMP, James BIRD and John
POOL present. Settlement of account of Saml MURREL recorded. Wm TRIGG made
motion that Sam MURREL, Daniel CURD, Jesse EVERIT & George MURREL view for
an alteration of the road where it passes thru the TRIGG land and other and
propose a different way. Indenture of apprenticeship binding SIDERS (to
David WALKER? - not clear). E DOWNS vs Z DOWNS, case continued. Henry
Miller (Sheriff) entered into bond with with John McFERRAN, Wm TRIGG, Wm T
BUSH, David WALKER Jr, R P BEAUCHAMP & Sylvester HALL for $4,000 for his
position. Sylvester HALL, Josiah SHORT, Johnston POE & Wm ROARK appt
Commissioners to settle accts of Chas. AUSTIN, Administrator of estate of
Wm AUSTIN, decd.

John DUNHAM made motion and produced his credentials of his ordination as a
Methodist Episcopal Church minister, allowed to celebrate rites of marriage
in Barren Co; bond with Michael DENHAM and Isaac RITTER. Saltworks Road as
it passes thru William T BUSH's land altered. Ordered that Benj'a MONROE,
Wm T BUSH & Charles HARVEY to view for an alteration of the Saltworks Road
as it passes thru Alex ADAIR's land - cites Jinings McDANIEL's land.
Ordered that Gabriel AMENT be appt Surveyor of the Lexington Road from the
Blue Spring Grove to EDGAR's branch instead of Henry COOK. Ordered that
Isaac BUSH be appt Surveyor of the FLIPPIN's Road from L GILLOCK's Skaggs
Creek to the Caney Fork in room of Joseph JENKINS. 

The people appt as Commissioners to view a place for the warehouse for the
inspection of tobcco, flour, hemp, pork, beef etc returned report. Thomas
WOODSON, Matthias REYNOLDS and Hans HARPER appt Inspectors of same, took
oath and went bond with Littleberry ROWLETT and Jacob LOCK. Alteration of
Lees Ferry Road thru lands of Sanders WALKER & Andrew BOYD returned.
Ordered that records & papers returned by the Clerk's office by Benja
BUSTER, formerly a JP, turned over to Jas BIRD. Indenture of apprenticeship
acknowledged by Thos GREEN. Sales of David CRAWFORD's estate returned.
Edmond HALL appt administration of estate of Phillip TINSLEY (a drummer in
the 28th Regt of the US Infantry); went bond with Robinson P BEAUCHAMP
[shown BEACHAM]. William RENICK, Patric BOISSEAU, Joseph NEVIL &
BarkerANDERSON appt Commissioners to settle accounts of Saml DOUGLAS &
Polly CRAWFORD who are executors of David CRAWFORD. Jacob SMITH renewed his
bond as Cosntable, went bond with Joshua WILBORN and Michael DENHAM.
William BENNETT appt Surveyors of the Burkesville Road. Motion of Edward
YOUNG and Samuel RENICK - they are bond for DOUGLAS and CRAWFORD above,
feel they will suffer damage, requiring counter security.

The next list has no explanation - shown as recorded. Believe they were the
tax commissioners in each company.
