Commonwealth vs James BLACK; appeal heard - appeal dismissed. 

Road leading from the side of Fallen Timber to intersect a road near
Michael KIRKHAMS that leads from the Marrowbone Spring to Elk Lick
established. Road order for road from Michael KIRKHAM's to interesect
KIRKPATRICKS at the Marrowbone Spring established. Charles HARDY appt
Surveyor of road from KIRKHAM's to where he now lives to the Marrowbone
Spring; James CARTER appt same for the balance of the road.

Commissioner's Report for division of land of ________ missing. HOLLODAY vs
GIBBS continued. Last will and testament of James BRIDGES decd produced
with oaths of James WALKER, Margaret BRIDGES, recorded. HOLLADAY vs GIBBS
to pay James NEVILLE as a witness for one day.

William BUFORD appt surveyor of road from Buford's Mill to the countyline
near John COLE's Warehouse in room of Elijah ROBERTS. Report of viewers on
road leading from the courthouse to the Sulphur Lick returned, certified.
Same from the courthouse to the Sulpher Lick on Skeggs Creek, recorded.   

Hugh HICKLAND appt surveyor of road from Skeggs Creek at the mouth of Boyds
Fork to Charles HAMMOND's on Peters Creek. MIDDLETON vs BELCHER, case
continued. Moses BRIDGES and Johnathan CARR, executor named in last will
and testament of James BRIDGES decd went bond with William SALENE? and
Solomon GRIER [GRIDER?] their security. 

Last line illegible - mentins Isaac LOWE and William ALLEN.
