Benjamin RUSH & John HOWARD granted letters of Administration on estate of John SPRINGER; bond with James HARRISON & Mich'l CHISM. Wife had resigned her rights to administer. Hannah GREER, widow of Solomon granted letters of administration on his estate, bond with James HIND & John BURTON security. William HOWARD proved he had been overcharged $900 for taxes in 1814. Last will & testament of John WILSON produced, oaths of William GLOVER & Robert DOUGHERTY taken, recorded. Elizabeth WILSON took oath as Executrix of her late husband John WILSON; bond with Ezra WILSON & Sebert WILSON. Inventory ofestate of John T CHAMBERS returned. Rhoda WILSON chose Ezra WILSON as her guardian; bond with Sebert WILSON. Re-survey report produced for 56 acres in name of Wm BENNETT. John GOODALL renewed his bond as Constable with Thos GOODALL & Peter C GOODALL securities. Herbert P GAINES admitted to practice as attorney in the coart. Surveyor ordered to re-survey 400 acres surveyed originally in the name of John BROWN, assignee of David ANDERSON. Alteration of the Columbia Road reported, passes thru land of Fe'd MOSS. Fleming SHORT seeks a viewing for a mill site on Beaver Creek. It to be located on the land of James BROWN of Richmond VA; Robert STOCKTON Sr acting as agent for the owner. Commonwealth vs Michael HALL in a case of bastardy - case continued and subpoena issued for Nancy HOLEMAN to appear at the next court. David MILLER qualified as a Deputy Sheriff under Henry MILLER, Sheriff. William DISHMAN ordered to deliver up a female child in his possession (under order of court) to her mother, Delilah WHEELER. Thos. B MONROE made motion that John MONROE, Robertson P BEAUCHAMP, Sam'l ROWNTREE & Peter C GOODALL (any 3) view the state road from the south end of Race Street in Glasgow and propose a new way.
