John POOL, Wm T BUSH and Rich'd MUNFORT took over the session. John AUSTIN renewed his bond as Constable with Martin JACKSON an Lanmon SHORT his security. Any GRINSTEAD, widow of Jesse granted letters of Administration on his estate; took oaths and went bond with Stephen BEAUCHAMP and Joseph BUTLER. Thos BEAUCHAMP, John O MORRISON, Charles WEATHERS and Jordan GLAZEBROOK (any 3) to inventory estate and slaves if any of the estate. The noncupetive will of John MARSHALL partly proven by oath of John HIGHDON and laid over for further proof. Patsey CLEMENT, widow of James, granted letters of Adminstration on his estate, took oaths and went bond with Veachel CLEMENT, Havilah CRUMP, Chasteen COX and John SAUNDERS. Richard RICHARDSON, Hugh McCOMBS, Benja. BUSTER and John ALLEN (any 3) to appaise his estate and slaves if any. Additional list of sales on estate of John MATTHEWS returned. William GLAZEBROOK, one of the Executors of estate of Richard GLAZEBROOK granted probate on estate, bond with John and Jordan GLAZEBROOK.James KIRTLEY, Matthias LAIR, Simeon LEWIS & John ALLEN (any 3) to appraise estate. Thomas STOCKTON appt surveyor of road from HARDY's Smith Shop to KIRKHAM's old place. William EVANS made motion that Thos B MONROE, Robinson BEAUCHAMP & Joseph UNDERWOOD be appt Commissioners on behalf of Wm Thomas Polly, Susannah, Hepy (Hessy) or Sally (overwritten), Jane, Abatia, Nancy, John & Burrell EVANS, chldren of John EVANS, decd who are heirs of Thos EVANS, Sr to convey to him a tract of land. John AUSTIN came into court & took necessary oaths as a Deputy Sheriff under Henry MILLER, sheriff. Lewis FRANKLIN shown in a constable, bond with Samuel HOLLOWAY, George F DEARING, Thomas EVANS, Sherod BYBEE and Hugh SMITH. Charles PERKINS returned his list of taxable prooperty for 1815. Settlement of ccts of Jno WALER & Wm RATLIFF, admrs of estate of John ROCK returned. Wm BISHOP to pay John POOL for 1 day's attendance as withness, same to pay Henry HAYS and Lemuel SHOCKLEY.
