Re-survey for John BROWN assignee of David ANDERSON certified. Ezekiel DOWNS stated that he is acting s bond for Zachariah DOWNS on the estate of Charlew JEWEL decd - he feels he is in danger and asks that Zachariah appear next session to give counter security. Inventory of estate of Solomon GREER returned & recorded. Same for estate of Moses POLK. Martin ANGEL? appt constable, took oaths, went bond with Laurence ANGEL? and Abner JOLIFF. John McFERRAN produced satisfactory proof that the Commissioner's book for 1814 is now in the Auditor's office at Frankfort. Ann Elizabeth GOODMAN ordered that a summons issue against Jacob GOODMAN, guardian for George W and Joseph C SIDERS to appear at the next court to show cause why these children should not be bound out and Benja. DOWNING appt to take care of them. Commonwealth vs Michael HALL, bastardy cause dismissed and the Proceutrix to pay court costs. Cader EDWARDS, William PIPER, James JOLLIFF and John OTTERY (any 3) to review the Lees Ferry Road where it passes thru Sanders WALKER's land. Melinda WELSH, being of legal age, chose William T BUSH her guardian; he went bond with Thomas MAYFIELD. Jame GIDDENS? appt guardian to Permelia WELSH; same bonds- man. Thomas WOODSON made motion that a ware house for the inspection of hemp, flour, tobacco & beef be established on 2 acres of land owned by him. Located where the road leading from Glasgow to Louisville crosses the Green River, running out from a road leading to Glasgow to the corner of his yard, then running along his fence parallel.
