Meeting held 21 Nov 1815 after adjournment from the previous day. Present:
John POOL, Len'd H MAURY, Sylvester HALL, Henry SIMPSON, Joshua CRUMP,
Hardin DAVIS and Thomas WINN.

Hense HARPER made motion that the surveyor of the county re-
survey his land, 85 acres and return the report. Sale & appraise-
ment of estate of John T CHAMBERS, decd returned &
recorded in Barren & Green Co. Clifton RODES, Leonard H
MAURY, William MARTIN, James BARTON & John FORD 
(any 3) be appt Commissioners to settle accounts of 
Margarett WILBORN, administratrix of estate of Sam'l 
WILBORN. Inventory & sale of estate of James STEPHENS 
returned.

Patrick BOUISSEAU appt surveyor of road from opposite
Benja SMITH's to where it intersects the Columbia and he with
hands of Francis LATEMORE, Samuel SPENCER, Wm 
BELL, Saml DOUGLASS, Sherod BIBEE, Sam ANDERSON,
Israil PEDIGO & Benja SMITH - keep road open & repaired.
Charles AUSTIN Sr appt surveyor of the HALL's road in room
of Thomas RANDLE from the Barren River to the state line,
he and Sylvester HALL & Landman SHORT to allot hands.
Thomas WINN & Hardin DAVIS appt to settle Thomas
DICKENSON (former Sheriff) & report back to court. John
RODES & William WALDEN nominated as fit persons to
fill the office of JP's in place of B BUSTER.

John S GEE & James HARRISON nominated for same in
place of Jas CHISM who refused to qualify. Willam J
WOOD & Daniel CARTER nominated as JP's. A D ROBERTS
returned list of taxable property. Folloing debts paid by the
court: R P BEAUCHAMP (attorney), Thos WINN & Benja
BUSTER (Judges of election), Jno W DAVIS (clerk of election),
Sylester HALL & Henry SIMPSON (Judges of election), Jno
FORD (clerk for same), Jno McFERRAN (Sheriff for attending
election), Henry MILLER (Sheiff - election), Jno GILLILAND
(old wolf head), William HOLLAND (for his support in hands of
Ephraim MAXEY), David VINCENT (his support in hands of
Robert KERBY), Thomas MILLER (keeping David VINCENT
for 3 months), Sarah SULLIVAN (her support in hands of Sam'l
MARS), Thomas HUMPHREY (his support in hands of John
HUMPRHEY), Andrew POLSTON (his support in hands of
James FLOWERS), James WHITE (his support in hands of
Tillman LANE, Fanny LASWELL (her support in hands of Mrs
LASWELL, her grandmother), Shedrick GARRISON for
taking care of John KELLY & the burying, Mary FORBES
(her support in hands of James FORBES), Albert WEBBB
(a child for his support in hands of Jos BUTLER), John C
