17 Apr 1898 - Etoile news: Mrs M E COOKSEY is on the sick list. Mrs. Bell CHAMBERS 
has a coin made in 960. Dr BOTTS is all smiles - it's a boy at his house. Mr. Billie 
Tracy, of Oil City, is visiting his parents at this place. Rev. W J LEWIS filled the 
regular appointment at Caney Fork Saturday and Sunday. Miss Mary COOKSEY of Peter's 
Creek, was visiting Miss Lola TRACY of this place, Sunday. Mrs. T H SMITH and family 
are visiting Mrs. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. DOUGHERTY, of Temple Hill, last 
Saturday and Sunday. Mr. E H TRACY has a trunk which was brought from Virginia in 1818; 
the truck in 40 inches long and is covered with deer hire and is supposed to be about
