Glasgow (KY) Weekly Times, 25 Dec 1895
"Mr. S. B. Beck Dead. Mr. Sidney Beck died at his home, some four miles from 
town, yesterday morning at one o'clock. Although his death was a surprise to 
his friends, Mr. Beck had been ill for some time with Bright's Disease. He was 
a correct, upright good citizen, and a most excellent man, and his death will 
be sincerely regretted by all who knew him. Mr. Beck was sixty-four years of 
age at the time of his death.

The remains were interred in the family burying ground near his residence 
yesterday."
