Glasgow (KY) Weekly Times, 26 Mar 1874
"MRS. VIRGINIA BURK died at the residence of her daughter,
Mrs. Pace, in
Glasgow, last Wednesday night. Mrs. Burk was well known to
our people for a
long period of time, as a most exemplary and zealous
christian, and we
earnestly hope she is reaping that reward which she so
earnestly endeavored to
secure for all with whom she came in contact."
