Born: Barren Co KY
Daughter of the late Lyn and Ann Mary Hawley Higdon
Widow of the late Mitchell Bertram.
Member of the Eastern Star-Etoile Chapter #522, former past president and 
member of the Etoile Homemakers, Barren County Homemakers, Kentucky Homemakers 
and the A.C.W.W. National Homemakers. Had perfect attendance for 50 years at 
Etoile Homemakers,former 4-H leader, member Caney Fork Baptist Church.
Survivors:
Daughters; Nancy Adams and husband Marvin of Owensboro, KY and Martha Griffin 
and husband Al of Sebring, FL
Four grand-children, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death also by a grandchild.
Services: 1 pm Monday, 4 February 2002, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Caney Fork Cemetery.
