of the Vietnam War, member Calvary Episcopal Church, Louisville.
Survivors:
Brothers: Louis and Joyce Church and Teddy and Norma Church, both of Horse 
Cave, KY
Sisters: Gloria Jean and Eldon Hensley of Hardyville, KY; Sarah Lou and Curtis 
Wilson and Rebecca Lynn Church, all of Glasgow.
Nephews: Ricky and Tracy Wilson, Glasgow and Sanford and Angie Hensley of Horse 
Cave.
Nieces:Mitzi and Joe Terry Crenshaw of Munfordville, KY; Missy and Steve 
Staples of Glasgow; Marsha and James Paul Jolly, Kim Church Sexton and Tina and 
Paul Granowski, all of Horse Cave
Several great nieces and nephews.
Cremation with memorial service later at his church in Louisville.
