Son of the late Welby and Bessie Gibson Fields
Retired from the US Air Force serving in WW II, Korea and Vietnam. After 
retirement, owned a farm and worked as a carpenter. Member Rolling Hills 
Baptist Church.
Survivors:
Two daughters: Vanessa Howell and Connie Berry and husband John of Glasgow
Son: Donald and wife Brenda of Reynoldburg OH
Four grandchildren: Joseph "Joey" Howell and Joshua Berry of Glasgow and 
Christopher and Ashley Fields of OH
One Great-grandson
Brother: Billy McCoy Fields of Glasgow
Sister: Mavis Maylene Snead of Glasgow
Preceded also in death by:
Wife of 54 years: Ruby Dee Fields
Three sisters: Bobbie Fields, Barbara Fields and Mary Rigdon
Services: Saturday, 13 May 2006, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, 11 am, 
burial Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
