Three daughters: Lovern Shirley of Glasgow, Eveaughan Mathis and husband Robert of 
Horse Cave KY and Debbie Orem and husband Ray of GA
Brother: Charles Ford of Edmonton KY
10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren
Preceded also in death by grandson: Danny Mathis
Services: Monday, 23 Jan 2006, 1 pm, McMurtrey Funeral Home in Metcalfe Co, burial 
Beaumont Cemetery.
