Born: Monroe Co KY
Daughter of the late Braskey and Vicie Kingrey Welch
Widow of the late Bill Givens
Graduate of Western Kentucky University and received her masters degree from 
Butler University in Indianapolis IN. Former resident of Hemet, CA where she 
retired as a school teacher, having taught kindergarten through college. Long-
time member of Delta Kappa Gamma, member First Baptist Church of Hemet.
Survivors: Several nieces and nephews including Sue Cannon of Glasgow with whom 
she resided.
Preceded also in death by:
Sister: Maurie Hayes
Brothers: Jessie Earl and Ray Welch
Buried in Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, CA, no local visitation or 
services, A F Crow and Son in charge of arrangements.
