Widow of the late Judge John H Hodge of Cookeville, TN
Born: 9 Sept 1892 Glasgow, KY
Daughter of the late David B and Sara Hill Smith
Educated in the schools of Glasgow, taught in Barren County for a number of 
years before her marriage. Moved to Center Hill in 1955. Member First United 
Methodist Church in Center Hill; retired house mother for the Methodist 
Children's Home in Enterprise, FL, active in the WSCS for many years.
Survivors:
Daughter: Mrs. Mark Sellers
Granddaughter: Dawn Sellers
Step-grandson: Markie M Sellers - all of Center Hill
Sisters: Mrs. W S Redford of Trimble, TN, formerly of Glasgow; Mrs. W M 
Mayfield of Glasgow; Mrs. Robert Prather of Lancaster, KY
Several nieces and nephews.
Services; Saturday, 7 July 1973, 10:30 am church, Bro Robert F Thompson 
officiating, interment in the Center Hill Cemetery. Purcell Funeral Home in 
charge of arrangements.
