Died: Tuesday afternoon, General Hospital in Louisville KY as a result of an 
accident in her home, age 52.

Sisters: Mrs Annie Lee Shelton of Route 1 Oakland KY and Mrs Louis DeVasher of 
Route 8 Glasgow
Brothers:Ernest and Ewell Houchens of Route 89 and J T Houchens of Route 4

Services: 2 pm Friday, Chapel of A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial Glasgow 
Municipal Cemetery.
