Name: Teresa Huff
Residence: Scottsville
Died: Killed in accident Wednesday, 29 July 1998, 8 yrs old.

Girl's father was eastbound when sideswiped by a 1984 Ford Ranger which came
into his lane of traffic and hit the 1989 Chevrolet he was driving. Teresa and
her sister, April Huff, age 12, were riding in the bed of their father's pickup
when the accident occured. She died about 30 minutes after the accident at the T
J Samson Hospital. She struck the windshield.

Jimmy L Brayant, 31, of 1320 Ralph Edwards Road, Edmonton stated he didn't know
what had happened. The accident occurred on Cleveland Avenue in Glasgow. A
witness to the accident said Bryant was leaning over in his seat and the truck
swerved into the oncoming lane. He was charged with manslaughter in the 2nd
degree and DUI. He is being held on $50,000 bond which has later been reduced to
$25,000.

Preceded in death by paternal grandfather: Rufus T Huff.
Services: Saturday, 1 Aug, 2 pm, Goad Funeral Home, Scottsville, burial in the
Trammel Fork Cemetery.
