(From Unknown Glasgow KY newspaper, found in old scrapbook) "Mr. "Ned" Kinslow. Mr. William Edward Kinslow, known to all his acquaintances as "Ned" Kinslow, died at his home near Haywood, Sunday, at the age of 70 years. He was born and reared in the southern part of the county, and spent his life in that section as a blacksmith. His wife, who was Miss Mary Coleman, survives him. Of the thirteen children born to this union, nine survive: Messrs Will, Euke, Morgan, Hubert and Paul Kinslow who live at Haywood, Jake Kinslow who works at the ice plant here, Mrs. John Watson and Mrs. Henry Gregory of this place and Mrs. Levi Cunningham of Louisville. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister, Messrs. George Kinslow of Rex, Hart County, and James Kinslow of Etoile, and Mrs. W. J. Fisher of this place. Mr. Kinslow was a member of the Baptist Church and was a splendid citizne [sic]. The burial was in the cemetery at his home after funeral services by Rev. C. V. Irvin of Rowletts." (W. E.
