Brothers: Raymond Jr, and Gary Ladd and Michael Brooks of Indianapolis.
Sister: Kathy Anderson, Indianapolis
Aunt: Thelma Millam

Services: 1 pm Monday, 20 May 2002, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial
