Sisters: Hazel Hurt, Edna Cherry, Margaret Spencer and Janetta Richardson
Brother: Owen Levi
10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 am Friday 24 Dec 1999, Usher Funeral Home, Indianapolis, burial
Floral Park Cemetery.
