Unknown Glasgow KY newspaper. 
"Mrs. Tom Lewis Dead. Mrs. Tom Lewis died at the home of her father, near Bon 
Ayr, Feb. 13th, after a lingering illness of several weeks. She is survived by 
her husband, little three months old daughter, father, two brothers and one 
sister.

"She was, before her marriage, Miss LaVeice Dearing, daughter of Mr. S. M. 
Dearing, and was one of the best known teachers of the county, and a young lady 
of fine character and beloved by all.

"Funeral services were conducted by Rev. John Wheeler at Walnut Hill church, 
after which the remains were laid to rest in the Walnut Hill cemetery."
