Brothers: Ben and Carl Lewis of Warren Michigan, Fielding Lewis of Louisville 
KY and Hiram Lewis of Smiths Grove KY
Services: 10 am Saturday, 12 Jan 1973, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
