survived by: Wife of 33 years: Kaye Fields Matthews
Brothers: Daryl and wife Delores of Campbellsville KY and Ronnie of Glasgow
Niece: Monica Bricken and husband Keith
Great-nephew: Logan
Services: Monday, 15 March 2004, 1 pm, Greenlawn Funeral Home South, military
honors, burial Springfield State Veteran's Cemetery.
