Name: Leslie B. "Bud" Mansfield
Residence: Glasgow, KY
Died: Thursday, 17 January 2002, Medical Center at Bowling Green, KY, age 80.
Born: Barren Co KY
Son of the late Bryant and Roxie Tolle Mansfield.
Well known Glasgow business man, graduated from Park City High School, enlisted 
in the US Navy and served during WW II. After military service, lived in 
Louisville, KY for a time and returned to Glasgow in 1960. Employed by Mayes 
Shoes Store in Glasgow on the square until its closing. Then worked until his 
retirement in 1991 for the Pedigo-Lessenberry Insurance Company. Member 
Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors:
Wife: Marie Polson Mansfield
Son: Gig Mansfield, FL
Numerous nieces and nephews including locally Susan Nichols, Freddie Polson, 
Jerry Polson, Billy Polson, and Wayne Robertson.
Services: 2 pm Sunday 20 January 2002, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Walnut Hill Cemetery.
