Daughters: Donna McCawley and Nancy Simmons, both of Bowling Green; Mary White 
of Tompkisnville, KY; Faye Smith of Moss, TN; Patricia Buster and Shirley 
Hawkins, both of Munfordville, KY and Minnie Sutton of Summer Shade, KY.
13 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by:
Husband: Elzie William McCawley
Parents: Allen and Hazel Stevens
Five grandchildren.
Graveside services 1 pm Thursday, 13 June 2002, Chestnut Grove Cemetery in 
Adair Co KY, Butler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
