Born: 11 July 1930, Glasgow KY
Daughter of Joe Allan and Lavada Minick
Married Vernon Smith in Horse Cave KY in 1928. After his death she was married 
and preceded in death by Ernst E Johnson and Lonnie Morgan. Member Coral Hill 
Baptist Church in Glasgow, an active member of the Cave City Senior Center 
where she had resided for 20 years. Very artistic, loved to paint, crochet and 
play the piano
Survivors:
Daugther: Barbara Myers and husband Edward of Prescott Valley
Step-daughter: Ruth Hodges of Glasgow
Two grandsons: Jack Gividen and wife Cheryl of Prescott and Michael Gividen and 
wife Tina of Dallas TX
Four great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren
Brother: William C Minick of Lebanon TN
Several nieces and nephews
Services by the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley and Bob Hunt 
Funeral Home of Cave City, burial Neal's Chapel Cemetery in Lecta.
