Delaware. Member Second Baptist Church, past participant in the Medical
Explorers at Jennie Stuart Medical Center and a Vista volunteer.

Maternal grandmother: Virginia Arvin of Hopkinsville
Brother: Christoher Lee Pugh of Clarksville TN
Sister: Jennifer Adams and husband Kevin of Glasgow
Memorial services 7 pm Wednesday, 23 July 2003, Maddox-Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home, body donated to medical science.
