member of the Glasgow B &PW, member First Christian Church and the Golden Rule 
Sunday School Class.
Survivors:
Nieces and nephews: Jo-Ann Tolle and husband James of Glasgow, Philip Nichols 
and wife Ann of Danville KY, Wayne Nichols and wife Susan of Glasgow, Judy 
Flanders and Suzanne Nichols of Glasgow
Great-grand nieces and nephews: Angie Witty, Allyson Sutherland, Steve LaForge, 
Cindy Greer, Mark Nichols, Julie Ashmun, Polly Nichols, Heather Thomas and 
Laura Nichols
Great-great-nieces: Sarah Greer, Shelby Greer, Leslie LaForge and Hayden 
Sutherland.
Sisters-in-law: Velma Nichols and Helen Nichols
Preceded also in death by:
Husband: Hazel Phillips
Brothers: Joe and Harvey Nichols
Nephew: Ronnie Nichols
Services: 1 pm Monday, 29 Sept 2003, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, burial 
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
