Wife: Barbara Jean Smith Rapp
Sons: Roerick Rapp and Richard Rapp, both of Mt. Vernon, WA and Steve Bunch of
Glasgow.
Daughters: Roberta Herington, Rebecca DeBoer and Rhonda Armstrong, all of Mt.
Vernon and Brenda Buffin of Mt. Washington, KY
Sister: Joan Kean of FL
13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 pm Tuesday, 28 Nov 2000, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, burial
with military honors, Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
