age 87.
Born: Barren Co KY
Son of: John "Hade" and Pearl Railey Ritter, decd.
US Army veteran of WW II, retired farmer and mechanic. Member Beckton Church 
of Christ, member DAV Chapter 20 in Glasgow - had served as a member of the 
military honor guard.
Survivors:
Wife of 52 years: Dorothy Evelyn Edmunds Ritter
Daughter: Susan Elaine Spears and husband Keith, Glasgow
Sons: Johnny and wife Debbie and Sid Eugene and wife Peggy, Glasgow.
Grandchildren: Bradley Ritter and Melissa Spears
Step-granddaughter: Jennifer Downs
Step-great-grnddaughter: Ashley Downs
Several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death also by:
Brother: Wallace Ritter
Sister: Alma Ruth Ritter
Services: 3 pm Monday, 9 July 2001, A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Happy Valley Memorial Gardens, military honors.
