Glasgow (KY) Times, Thursday, 8 July 1948
"The body of Pfc Albert Henry Smith, another of Barren County's heroic war 
dead, is en route home for burial in his native Barren County. He was the son 
of Mr. and Mrs. Otis Smith, this city. Pfc Smith, an infantryman of the 5th 
Army, was killed March 25, 1944 while in combat in Italy.
