Son: John Terry Smith and wife Sharon of Haywood KY
Several nieces and nieces
Preceded also in death by sisters: Pernie Spann Wheeler and Verna Spann 
Harrison
Services 2 pm Sunday, 8 Feb 2004, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
