Died age 84. Born and reared in Temple Hill neighborhood. Formerly Miss Martha 
Jim Scott before her marriage to Joe Riley Foster. Member of the Church of 
Christ. Sisters: Mrs. W H Denham of Poplar Grove; Sallie Scott of Temple Hill. 
Interred in Peden Cemetery." (9 Apr 1853 - 21 Sept 1937).
