Died: Dead on arrival at Samson Community Hospital following a one car accident 
on the Cumberland parkway, 1 1/2 miles east of Glasgow, 30 Jan 1976, age 66
Driver of a 1966 Chevrolet. His car began traveling east on the Parkway, 
crossed into the westbound lane and overturned.
Survivors:
Wife: Mrs. Ida Steenbergen
Daughter, Mrs Janet Sexton of Lucas KY
Sons: Glendon of Route 8, Kenneth and Lewis, both of IN
Five grandchildren
Sisters: Mrs. Velma Wyatt of Austin KY, Mrs Annie Mae Kinslow of Cave City KY
Brothers: Herscel, Delmer and Sardis, all of Glasgow
Services: Sunday, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial Caney Fork Cemetery at 
Etoile, KY
