"The death of Mrs. Sallie Jane Taylor occurred Monday at eleven o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy Maggard. Deceased was the wife of the late Mr. P. G. Taylor, whose death occurred more than twenty years ago. She was near seventy years of age, and had been a faithful member of the Christian church most all of her life. "Mrs. Taylor leaves twelve children and three sisters and one brother, Mr. T. J. Glass. The sisters are: Mrs. Carrie Denham of Kansas; Mrs. Tannie Rapp and Mrs. Nannie Bybee. Her children are: Mr. Arthur Taylor, of Dennison, Texas; Mrs. C. T. Harlow, Mr. Rufus Taylor, of Oswego, Montana; Mr. Lunsford Taylor, of Moutriles Island, S. C.,; Mr. Adolph Taylor, Mr. Guy Taylor, Mrs Fannie Hutchison, of Beuchel, Ky.; Mrs. J. Shugart, Mr. Horace Taylor, of Roodhouse, Ill.; Mrs. Loice Maggard, Mrs. Vallie Goode, of Prairie Elk, Montana. "Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Reno at 1 o'clock Tuesday, at Union No. 5. Interment was in the Smith Wells Cemetery."
