"She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hayden C. Trigg, who established the Trigg National Bank in this city, where she grew to womanhood. She studied medicine and became quite well known as a physician, and for many years was an attending physician in the Central Asylum at Lakeland, which position she held until ill health compelled her to give the work up. "She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. T. P. Dickinson and Mr. Alanson Trigg of this place, Mrs. Parl Trigg Schuster of Washington City; Mrs. J. W. Kreuger, Mrs. Frank Conkrite and Mrs. C. U. McElroy of Bowling Green, Messrs. R. B., Paul and Herbert Trigg of Louisville. "Dr. Trigg was a lady of unblemished character, and unusual ability, who tried to make the world better by her having lived in it.
