Grew up in Renselaer, NY; grduated from highs chool there; was in the Navy part
of the WAVES for 20 months in WWII.
Wife of: George W Vollmer (married 1946).
Moved to Glasgow in 1984; volunteer at area nursing homes in Glasgow; enjoyed
scuba diving, seamstress work and bowling.
Other survivors:
Son: Karl G of Marietta, GA
Daughter: Sandra Dee Myers of Portage
5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Lavery and a brother, Herman Graffunder.
Services under direction of Rupert, Durham, Marshall and Gren [so shown] Funeral
Home, Portage Chapel. No burial location shown.
