of the Barren County Democratic Women's Club, AARP, The Samsonites and Senior 
Citizens Clubs. Member Bethel United Methodist Church
Survivors:
Niece: Laura Ellen Headrick and husband Jimmie of Glasgow
Nephew: Robert Bowman Wade of Morgantown KY
Great-nephew: Harley Headrick of Glasgow
Preceded also in death by:
Sister: Laura Wade McCoy
brother: James Robert Wade
Services: 1 pm Wednesday, 16 Mar 2005, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
