Nephew: Robert Bowman Wade of Morgantown KY
Great-nephew: Harley Headrick of Glasgow

Sister: Laura Wade McCoy
brother: James Robert Wade
Services: 1 pm Wednesday, 16 Mar 2005, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
