Born: Buchanan, Michigan 30 Sept 1934.
Son of: Francis Rozelle and Fannie Crews Wallace, decd.
Raised in KY and attended school in Glasgow. Later attended drafting classes in
Louisville; lived in Attica since 1967. Had worked as foreman for the Indiana
Department of Transportation in the Fowler District for 23 years. Retired in
1999; formerly worked for several years at Harrison Steel Castings Co. Served in
the Army National Guard in KY; attended Baptist church in KY; member of the
Eagles Lodge #256 in Attica.
Survivors:
Wife: Ramona "Mona" Knowles who he married 19 Oct 1974 in Frankfort, IN.
Sons: Wayne Wallace and wife Rita and Edard Wallace, all of Glasgow, and Bryan
Wallace of Attica.
Daughters: Mrs. Neil (Vickie) Jefferies of Glasgow and Mrs. Joe (Samantha -
"Mandi") Day of Attica
Sister: Stephanie Houchens of Glasgow
12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
Preceded in death also by 2 sisters,1 brother and a great-grandson.
Services at Maus Funeral Home in Attica, Wednesday, 8 Mar 2000, burial Riverside
Cemetery.
