Mary T. (Mollie) Peden YOUNG - 26 Nov 1844 - 30 Apr 1914

"Mrs. Mollie Young, wife of Mr. W. D. Young, the well known citizen of Temple 
Hill, died last Thursday very suddenly, only being ill a few minutes. Her 
health has been far from good however for years. Heart trouble is supposed to 
have been the immediate cause of her death. Her husband survives her, but they 
had no children. Her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Flowers also survives her, at a 
very advanced age. Before her marriage she was Miss Mollie Peden, and leaves 
one brother, Mr. Jesse Peden of MO., and one sister, Mrs. Nancy E. Gray of 
Christian County, the late Messrs. Andrew Peden and John S. Peden at Temple 
Hill were her brothers. Funeral services were held at the Peden Cemetery on 
Fallen Timber Saturday by Rev. John Winn of the Baptist church."
