I Andrew Christy Being weak in body but of a sound & ________ mind & memory do make this my last will & testament, which is to say in the first place - It is my will that all of my just debt & burial expenses should be paid - In the second place it is my will that my beloved wife Fanny Christy should have all my land and pofsefsions her life time, also all of my household and kitchen furniture & all of my horses and cattle and hogs to keep & to dispose of as she pleases so long as she lives and at her death to be equally divided among all of his children when the youngest as much as the oldest has had, thin the balance if any to be equally divided among them all - As witnefs my hand and seal this day & date above mentioned.
