The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net. ********************************************************************************************* WILL: LOW, Caleb, 1883, Barren Co., KY Will of Caleb Low - Will Book 4, page 443 In the name of God Amen I Caleb Low of Barren County and State of Kentucky: being sond of mind but weak in bodily strength and know that it is appointed unto all men to die and in the absence of my wife do make this my last will and Testament: 1st I will that my burying expenses be paid 2nd That all my just debts be paid 3rd I will that all my land on the west side of the Big branch that runs through my field go to Louiza Christy and bodily heirs: 4th I will to my wife Mary Low all the land on the East side of said branch her lifetime and then to go to Richard P. Low and if he should die without an heir it is to go to said Louiza Christy and heirs. 5th I will that my beloved wife Mary Low have all the household and kitchen furniture: 6th I further will that my wife that - one cow and two hogs and two sheep and one Beestand and further that said property is to be hers during her widowhood if she marrys again the property is to be sold and proceeds to be applied as the ballance of my estate to paying expenses and dues and the over plus if any be divided between all my bodily heirs: I will further that Angeline Laurence and Martha Adkerson and Nancy Walters and Mary Flewabtree and Richard Low shal have two dollars and 50 cts each and further that Leonard Christy sell the remainder and wind up my business without security.
