A settlement made with C W Whittington, Guardian of Isaac, Jacob, and 
John Whittington on the 19th day of Dec 1890.
In Amt of Cash received Nov 1888                $70.80
1/3 of said amt was paid to Isaac Dec 20, 1888            $23.60
1/3 of said amt was paid to Jacob Dec 20, 1888            $23.60
making the amt paid to said wards (see receipt V.1)        $47.20
There is stil in the hand of said guardian due Jno Whittington    $23.60
Int at 6% 2 yrs                        $2.83
Making the amt debt and int to this date                $25.43
There is due from said guardian $3.00 for making this.... Last line cut off
deducted from the $70.80 the amt due said wards but to be paid by the 
said guardian out of his own funds. Isaac and Jacob Whittington have 
each recd their full share leaving Johns share $23.60 with 2 years 
interest added $2.83. Still in the hands of said Guardian $25.43. See 
voucher filed here with from amts paid Isaac and Jacob given under my 
hand this 19th day of Dec. 1890. Jno D Young, Judge
State of Kentucky, County of Bath. I W W Perry clerk of the Bath County 
Court certify that the foregoing settlement having been continued at the 
last term of the court to the present term for exceptions and none being 
taken thereto was this day approved and ordered to record. Whereupon the 
same with the foregoing and this certificate have been duly recorded in 
my office. Given under my hand this Feb. 9th, 1891
