SCOTT'S PAPERS, KENTUCKY COURT AND OTHER RECORDS compiled by Hattie Marshall Scott, 
published by the Kentucky Historical Society in 1953, listed under Miscellaneous 
Court Records-page 149.
"Moore, Jonathan (Order E. p.46, Bath County, KY) Wm. Moore came into Court Jan. 
1852, 12th, and says he is a bro. to Jonathan Moore who d. in the spg. of 1827 
or 8- he was m. to Susan Smith and had 4 ch. when he d.; and his wife shortly 
after had another- the names of the ch. are Elizabeth, Polly, Sarah, Isaac and 
Catharine- Eliz. m. John S. Richards, Polly m. Jas. Richards, and she d., then 
James Richards m. Sarah; sometime after the death of Johathan Moore his widow, 
Susan, m. Jas. C. Stancliff, and at the division Aug. 1841, Stancliff and wife 
moved to Missouri."
